Tired of all of the rain lately? There are a few benefits to house hunting the rain that you may not have thought of. If you don't mind getting a little wet then a stormy day is the perfect time to go to open houses or to home showings with your agent. Rain will show you any issues with the home that you would not see on a sunny day. Roof leaks will be apparent from looking in the attic and from wet spots on the ceiling.
